Following the two years of the pandemic that have overwhelmingly impacted the school environment on the students and on theirs familiesthe Inter-municipal Consortium of Personal Services of Novese, in concert with the managers and teachers of the schools operating in the territory of the thirty Municipalities adhering to the CSP, it activated the ‘Educational counseling service for families and teachers‘, an action of free desk within the school, at the disposal of families he was born in teaching staff.
«The desk – explain the members of the Board of Directors of the Inter-municipal Consortium of Services to the Person of Novese – is a space for I listen and of hospitality where parents can find a moment of exchange and comparison in relation to educational issues and the growth needs of their children”. To use the service, interested parents can ask for a appointment with the institution’s experts through the reference teacher of the school attended by their children and will then be contacted for a consultancy interview by the educational staff.
“This is a service innovative and of strong preventive approach which is realized through the work with the families and the territory – summarizes the director of the CSP, Dr. Marco Travasino – for which our institution has also started a in-depth study and specialization path for internal personnel in order to be able to offer training contexts and in-depth studies extended to the entire school community in the coming months”.
The ‘Free educational consultancy service for families and teachers’ was activated by the Inter-municipal Consortium of Personal Services of Novese in conjunction with the current school year, through the stipulation of 7 conventions, respectively with:
THEcomprehensive institute 1 of Novi Ligure, directed by Filippo Pelizza;

Comprehensive Institute 3 of Novi Ligure, directed by Giovanna Ravanazzano
THEcomprehensive institute ‘Gavi – Val Lemme’ of which Sabrina Caneva is in charge;

These agreements, stipulated in conjunction with the current school year, strengthen and confirm the activities of comparison and sharing between institutions in the field of actions to contrast educational poverty and promotion of school well-being. The agreements signed by the school managers and the Director of the CSP confirm the concrete and operational commitment to sharing project lines and territorial actions in strong synergy, as well as representing a starting point for capitalizing on the efforts made by school staff and that of the Consortium in the meetings and moments of discussion that took place in the last months of the 2021/2022 school year.
«The school context – underlines the president Maria Gabriella Mazzarello – represents an important observatory on needs and on need of the children and youngstersi, especially from a point of view educational. It collects and meets the needs of families after the pandemic phase, as well as always representing an important local player in which to promote support actions to the parental role and the contrast of the youth discomfort. In recent months, in fact, the CSP staff has met all the schools in the area to analyze and decode the needs of families and students that the teachers, in carrying out their professional role, have understood and gathered in a delicate moment such as the one in which we find ourselves having to cope with the post-pandemic Covid-19 phase ».
