Finale Emilia, three open days to discover the “Enzo Suffritti” music school

FINALE EMILIA – Three days to discover the educational offer for the school year 2022-2023, get to know the teachers, try the tools and, if desired, enroll directly in the courses. These are the open days of the Enzo Suffritti Music School in via Monte Grappa 6, the Finale headquarters of the Carlo and Guglielmo Andreoli Music School Foundation, scheduled for Wednesday 21, Thursday 22 and Friday 23 September, from 17.00 to 20.00.

“The Open Day – says the head of the Music School of Finale Emilia, Giorgio Borgatti – it has always been a moment of celebration for the children, for the boys and girls of Finale Emilia and Massa Finalese who want to spend an afternoon having fun with music, trying the instruments and getting to know the teachers. However, it is also an opportunity for parents to closely evaluate the educational offer of our School ”.

The open days are aimed at all people interested in undertaking a musical training course starting from the age of 8, while for younger children collective “musical preparatory courses” are defined (for children who attend the first two years of primary school ), “Music and movement” (for children from 3 to 5 years) and “First steps in music” (for babies from 0 to 36 months).

“Read on the social networks of the Music School’s Open Days – he explains Patrizia Melara, Councilor for School and Library Services of the Municipality of Finale Emilia – I always “gas” me. I think of the power of music as a vehicle to arouse sensations and feelings, the enthusiasm of young people in approaching the study of an instrument and if anything, subsequently, the formation of a musical group, an aggregating reality and an excellent method of using free time, as indeed the reality of our territory teaches us. I also think of the pleasure of being together in a choir, from childhood to adulthood, as recent events have shown us. The disappearance of the state of health emergency (and we all hope that the ‘normality’ persists over time) leads us back to the pleasure of playing live, of attending in the presence of the events that the Music School of the G. e C. Andreoli Foundation offers to the whole territory, to the didactic activities it carries out in schools, with cutting-edge methodologies, attentive to good practices of involvement and inclusion. “

“The Andreoli Foundation – adds thecouncilor for culture, Elisa Cavallini – is a flagship for the whole Union of Municipalities of Modena North Area and combines the widespread presence in every single municipality, the function of aggregator not only for children, young people and young people, but also for people of all ages who wish to get closer to music. Thanks to the collaboration with the individual local realities for the realization of innovative projects and music together, and a training offer that grows from year to year, responding to the needs of the territory (and which also includes the inclusion of vulnerable people at different levels) our Music School is a cultural reference point of the highest level. For all these reasons we are proud, as a municipal administration, to promote the activities of the Music School which is, to all intents and purposes, a concrete and successful expression of all our municipalities ”.

Enrollment in individual and group courses takes place exclusively through the School’s website, in the dedicated “REGISTRATION” page with a simple and intuitive interface. This is an important step forward, which allows the School to stay up to date and, above all, to provide an increasingly clear and timely service to users. In fact, the new system also includes the new “ScuolaSemplice” App with the electronic register, on which it is possible to find the schedule of the lessons with indication of attendance and absences. On the register it is also possible to receive notifications on the initiatives of the School and to pay the fees by credit card.

Also on the Foundation’s website, the call for 30 scholarships (ten of which financed by the Donor Italia non-profit Foundation) for students in disadvantaged economic conditions was published. There is time until Tuesday 20 September 2022 to submit your application.
