More than 200 speakers will meet from November 13 to 15

The gastronomy sector is preparing for its great annual event: Gourmet Mediterranean. This reference fair for the sector will have more than 200 speakers, 16 spaces and all its protagonists united in the same space.

From November 13 to 15, Feria Valencia will become the world epicenter of the gastronomic sector and will offer the professional and gourmet public a unique program, full of references in haute cuisine, bakery, pastry, wine, product or design.

More space, more exhibitors, more content and more quality. Mediterránea Gastrónoma will make very interesting projects of haute cuisine and much more visible. The best pastry chefs and bakers, the references in wines, the experts in the dining room, the great rice cookers, the most valued producers and, of course, the best chefs will be participating in the next edition of Mediterránea Gastrónoma. “We are growing in quantity and also in
quality”highlights the director of the event, Alejandro Roda.

“Mediterránea Gastrónoma is the most important fair in the sector. We are unique because we combine the congress part with the commercial part and we do it together. There is no other fair in the entire country that does something like it,” he says. Carlos Mataix, president of the contest.
